Welcome to a new feature on my blog, Cut and Create Crafty Cards. These posts give you some great ideas to get your lovely Designer Series Paper off the shelf and actually use it to create beautiful cards. Many of us love the stunning DSP that Stampin’ Up! offers, but many of us also have difficulty cutting it and using it! We want to save it for the exact right project. Unfortunately that often means it sits on the shelf for way too long, and never gets used. I’m here to help inspire you to USE it. One Month Ago . . .

Last month at this time (as I’m writing this post) I was getting ready for my wedding. Since then I have been to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic for my fabulous honeymoon, skied several times including a trip to Quebec, and started to settle into married life!
As we celebrate our one month anniversary with Date Night, I wanted to make a special card for MSH (My Sweet Husband).

Love It - Live It - Share It

When I was invited to my very first Stampin' Up! Workshop, I had no idea what to expect. While I had done crafts all my life, I had never really done any stamping, or made my own greeting cards. I really hadn't done a lot of papercrafting of any type. We made a Christmas card that was lovely, but then . . . we made a Bagalope. We turned a plain white envelope into a beautiful gift bag. . . and it was easy to do!!
