Got My Happy On

Any time a card comes in the mail it brings a big smile to my face and warms my heart. That is just one of the reasons I love to make hand made cards. When I give them to friends and family it brings a smile to their face and brightens their day. Sometimes after I have made a card, just looking at it makes me happy. This is one of those cards.

These cute animals are from the Animal Expedition suite, and they make me smile every time I look at them. I cut these from some of the Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper, using the coordinating Thinlits Dies. This card is for the CASE This Sketch challenge, and here is the banner for this one.

You can see from the sketch why I placed my animals and leaves the way I did, but I love them like this, it makes my card whimsical and fun. The sentiment is fantastic and is from Country Home, a stamp set that was in the fall holiday catalogue. You can still get this great stamp set, and I’m very happy to share with you that it will also be available in the upcoming annual catalogue.
