Read MoreAs a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator there is lots of support and help we can take advantage of to run our business. There is a Business Development Program that Stampin’ Up! offers, and I joined this. My BDA is ReNee, and I love working with her. I always tell her she “kicks my butt in the nicest possible way” as she helps me set goals and be diligent in my business.
I got to meet ReNee face to face at OnStage, so I wanted to make her a card to let her know how much I appreciate her help.
I love to make and share Welcome Packages. I use these to introduce my stamping business to new people. In the package I include a note about upcoming classes, my business card, a little treat, and a card they can send to someone special. I needed more cards for these packages, so I stamped a bunch of birthday cards.

It wasn’t a milestone birthday, because they figured that would never surprise her, but it is always fun to celebrate your special day, no matter what the age. Here is the birthday card I made for her.
Read MoreLast week I was at OnStage Live in Orlando Florida. Oh I could go on for hours about how wonderful it was, but you really need to be there to fully understand it all. The people you meet, and the friends you make are one big reason why this is such an awesome event. An easy way to make new friends is by sharing swaps. We all make a bunch of one card, then swap them with each other. We all go home with lots of new creative ideas. Here is one of the swap cards I made.

And the best part . . . even though this is called Joyous Noel, and makes amazing Christmas cards, it’s not just for Christmas!!

If you missed that card, you can see it here. Today my card uses some of the other stamps in the Country Home stamp set. It is a fantastic set with some great stamps that have a real down home country feel.

Read MoreLiving with an attitude of gratitude, and being thankful for all that we have is the easiest way to get more of what we want in our lives. Each day I take some time to be thankful for something I have in my life that makes it wonderful. My friends, family, a great stamping business that is also a great hobby, my wonderful cat, a sunny day, and on and on. It is easy to find an abundance of good things in our lives if we just take the time to do so. My card today reflects that.

Fall has definitely arrived where I live. The days are shorter, the nights are colder (and sometimes the days are cold too!), and there is a definite fall feel in the air. Fall can be a season of glorious colour as nature paints everything in new fall shades.
