Lunch Break - Craft Spot Begonia Belle

On Lunch Break this week we played with the July Product of the Month, the Begonia Belle stamp set.

This is a two step stamp set with lots of detail in the images.
We played with lots of colour combinations and landed on Strawberry Slush, full strength and stamped off for our first card.

One of my favourite stamps in this set is the small dashes that make a fantastic background texture look. I love the versatility of this type of stamp and used it to step up this card.

I used a sponge dauber to mix Granny Apple Green and Garden Green for the leaves. The Timid Tiger ink on this begonia reminds me of the ones my Mother used to grow at the cottage every year.
