Scenic Adventure

The Scenic Adventure Bundle has some great images, but what really sold me was the sentiments. I love them!

This bundle is great for both cards and scrapbook pages making it super versatile. I just got it so I haven’t played with a lot yet, but watch for it popping up on cards and layouts in the future!

The stamps in this set are fantastic for creating “scene” cards. I used full strength and 2nd generation stamping to add extra texture and interest to my trees.

This is the card I made during my Craft Spot FB Live, and where the adventure began. I wanted to make something different from the first card, but I hadn’t played with the bundle yet, so this was brand new creating! I used the lines die on Balmy Blue cardstock to look like waves in water. This die could also be used to make ground look like dirt depending on the colour of your cardstock. I tore the top of the paper to make the shore look more realistic. I added some trees and flowers and I’m happy with how the whole card came together. It was a little touch and go for a while, but all ended well.
