Lunch Break Craft Spot

I always say the Craft Spot is my crafting adventure, meaning that I may not know exactly what I’m going to create on my FB Live. I usually have a vision in my mind, but that doesn’t always turn into a great card, so sometimes we need to wander off the planned path!
This week though was a little different. I had travelled back to the cottage from my home in Wasaga Beach on Monday, and as I was preparing for Craft Spot on Tuesday I realized I had not brought any of my stamps or dies with me. I hadn’t even packed the stamps. Yikes! Thankfully MSH was able to bring them up, but not in time for Craft Spot, so I went with Plan B.

This card is from the Confetti Birthday All Inclusive Card Kit. I love these kits! They include everything you need to complete the projects, all in one easy to carry box. They are great to grab and go for vacations, travel, waiting for appointments, or just some relaxing crafting with friends.

Some kits don’t require any stamping, they have pre-printed sentiments, but those that have stamping come with a block, a stamp set and an ink spot - everything you need. Once you have made the kit, you can use the stamp set for any additional stamping you want. That’s what I did for the second card.

I used the Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper for this card. I had a die cut piece in the package that I hadn’t used on a previous card and some of the ephemera from the paper pack. No dies, no stamps, but it all worked fine!
