Connie's Craft Along - A Fun Layout

Here is a great layout that is easy to put together, and fantastic for showing off our pretty Designer Series Paper.
We started with these pieces -
Cardstock 1 - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Cardstock 1 - 5 1/4 x 1 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Designer Series Paper 1 - 5 1/4 x 4
Basic White - 5 1/4 x 4
Basic White - 4 x 1 1/4
Stamps, ink, adhesive, embellishments

When you have pretty DSP, it does all the heavy lifting for you, making your crafting easy.

Of course the first card is just the starting point, and how I hope to inspire your crafting. For the second card I switched up the sentiment piece adding some Scalloped Blooms die cuts to the front of this card.

I used the adorable Cute As A Bug DSP for this card. I didn’t want to cover up too much of the images, so I made the sentiment strip narrower for this one. An easy adjustment!

This card is also a fun fold with the fold over flap on the front.
