Getting Festive

We are into December and things are starting to get festive! For Craft Spot this week I decided to get a little festive and share some Bottle Tags. I used to call these Wine Tags, but in reality they can be used for flavoured oils or fancy vinegar, or any bottle with a neck that you want to gift to someone special.

These tags are a great way to use pieces from your “Bits Bucket” When it comes to Christmas, I have a “Bits Box”. LOL it’s time to make more tags!

Adding a tag rather than using a gift bag is a great way to really personalize the gift.

My tags are 11 x 3 cardstock, scored at 3”. I used a 1 3/4” circle to go over the bottle. The size of the hole is very flexible, but don’t make it too big, or the tag may slide too far down your bottle.
Once you have your cardstock cut, you can sit and decorate several at once so you have a great stock of tags for all your gift giving.
