Mystery Layout

We use all different layouts for our Mystery Stamping, this was a fun one.

We had four strips of Designer Series Paper, 2 wide, and 2 narrow. Of course I didn’t tell anyone how to adhere them, so they ended up in a different order each time. This card used the New Horizons DSP and has the wide strips top and bottom, and the narrow ones in the middle.

On this card I alternated the thin and thick strips of DSP. The sentiment is from the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set, and I used the pretty Brilliant Wings dies to cut out my butterfly from Magenta Madness cardstock. I painted Wink of Stella on the butterfly for some extra sparkle.

The third card has a more masculine tone to it, and shows how this layout works in landscape as well.

I used the Potted Succulents dies for this card.

This was a fun layout and everyone made their cards a little bit different so we had lots of inspired ideas for more crafting by the time our evening was over.
