A Fun Night of Mystery Stamping

We had another fun night creating cards using just clues. That’s the fun of mystery stamping. I give you clues about what to do, but you haven’t seen the finished card so you may interpret the clues differently than I did. That’s totally fine, and sometimes we get totally different cards that are very creative.

For my first card I used the stamp set from the last Paper Pumpkin, Hope Box. This stamp set has some pretty butterfly and flower images, and wonderful sentiments. I used Soft Seafoam and Garden Green cardstock, along with Calypso Coral and Pale Papaya ink. The sentiment is stamped with Garden Green ink. I finished of the card with some White Glittered Organdy Ribbon.

Since we are now past the middle of September, it is time to make more Christmas cards, so my second card is a Christmas card. I used Evening Evergreen and Real Red cardstock and ink, along with some Garden Green ink. My images and sentiment are from stamp sets in the Painted Christmas Suite. The Christmas Season stamp set has wonderful two step image stamps to really make your designs pop. The Christmas To Remember stamp set is filled with 9 wonderful sentiment stamps. With just these two stamp sets you would be ready for all your Christmas crafting.

Did I mention these cards are a fun fancy fold? That’s right, a fun criss-cross opening!

Join us next month for another fun night of Mystery Stamping.
