Love You Lots

Hearts are certainly a symbol we see associated with Valentine’s Day, but they can be used year round to show and share some love with those we care about.

While it may be a significant other, it could also be a gal pal, a special Aunt or Uncle, Grandparent, or any family member! Handmade cards are a great way to brighten someone’s day, and let them know you are thinking of them, and how special they are to you.

I used the Stitched Be Mine Dies along with the Meant To Be Stamp Set from the Annual Catalogue and cut out a bunch of hearts in Gold Foil and Merry Merlot stamped on Very Vanilla Cardstock. I love all the pretty details that these dies create, and lots of layers in the sizing. The stitching on the plain vanilla heart adds extra interest to the piece.

My background is Merry Merlot, and I embossed it with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. I layered that on Basic Black Cardstock, and used a Thick Very Vanilla Card Base. The small Gold Foil heart is one of the cut-outs from the trail of hearts along the bottom of the card, and I adhered it with a Dimensional.
There is no sentiment on the front of my card, so you can add any type of message you like inside, making it perfect for absolutely anyone.

Why not grab some heart stamps and dies and create some pretty cards to let people know you care.
