Merci Pour Tout

Each year a group of us do a ski trip to the Eastern Townships in Quebec. My friend’s Dad lives in Magog, and we stay with him, have a great visit and some awesome skiing. I always like to make them a Thank You card to let them know how much we appreciate their hospitality.

Some years I make a snowy card because it is a ski trip, but this year I used a more spring type theme. I wanted to encourage the weather to be a bit more mild than we have experienced some years! I don’t know if the card worked, but we did have two great days of skiing with moderate temperatures, and the second day we also had glorious sunshine.
I used the Springtime Impressions Thinlits and the new Butterfly Duet punch to cut butterflies from a sheet of the pretty Garden Impressions 6 x 6 DSP. I mounted them on Call Me Clover card stock that I had embossed with the Subtle TIEF. I used Mango Melody for the greeting, cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits, as well as the card base.
The greeting is from a retired Thank You set, but it is the only French language stamp set I have!
Thanks for another great ski weekend Robert and Marielle.
