It's a New Year

The Global Design Project Challenge this week is a theme challenge - the new year.

This is the card I made.

2019 is certain to be a beautiful year, and what better way to celebrate than with a card. I used the sentiment from the Love What You Do stamp set, but rather than just a beautiful day, I used letters from the Make A Difference stamp set to make it a Beautiful New Year. My trees are from the Winter Woods stamp set which has carried over from the Holiday catalogue. It has some lovely images, and I decided to use silver embossing for these. After that, I sponges some Smoky Slate across the bottom of the trees, and Balmy Blue for the sky showing through the trees. I layered it on Blueberry Bushel, Smoky Slate, embossed with the Subtle TIEF, and a Balmy Blue card base.
It really is a Beautiful New Year. Why not make a card yourself to celebrate the new year with some crafting. If you want to order any of the supplies I used for my card, just click on any image below and you will go directly to my online store.
