Connie's Craft Along

We started with pretty and moved to stinkin’ cute for our cards on Connie’s Craft Along this week.

Here are the pieces we started with -
Cardstock 1 – 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Cardstock 2 - 5 1/4 x 4
DSP/Patterned Paper - Circle - size can vary, mine is about 2 1/2"
Stamped/die cut/fussy cut interest element
Basic White scrap for sentiment
Stamps, ink, adhesive, embellishments
Include ink in the colour of cardstock 2 for tone-on-tone stamping

And here is the first card.

I used one of the pretty flower pieces from the Brushed With Beauty Designer Series Paper pack for this card. The leaf sprig is from the Greenery Lane dies, and the sentiment is from Banner Sayings.

Next we moved from pretty to super cute! I love the Sweet Bugs bundle with all the adorable little bugs. It is so much fun to create with. The little ladybug on this card is die cut from the Designer Series Paper. There are several images in the paper (along with the stamp set) that have coordinating dies.
