Glue Holder

I love to give little gifts to my Paper Perfection Card Club members. A little decorated treat or something fun are some of my “go-to” gifts, but this month I went totally practical!

I have been making and sharing these glue holders for years. You can see a post I did back in 2020 with a glue holder here. I have made these with all different papers, but the same basic design.

To make this, start with a piece of card stock that is 8 1/2 x 6 inches. Score on the long side at 2, 4, 6, and 8, and at 2 and 4 on the short side. Cut the edges as shown in the photo, and die cut a circle for the glue bottle to sit in.

I also cut a reinforcing circle to keep the holder strong through lots of use.

Before you assemble the box, add DSP pieces to the outside edge panels. Cut 4 pieces of DSP 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 for this. I also painted Wink of Stella on the reinforcing circle for a little extra shine.

You can see more details on the assembly in the video.

These are super handy because your glue is always close by, and always headed to the spout where you need it.
