Peppermint Kisses

At my Lunch Break Live on Thursday I made a cute card using the Frosted Gingerbread Stamp Set.

I stamped my own background paper using Blushing Bride and Polished Pink for this card along with the peppermint candy stamps. The sentiment is stamped in Polished Pink ink on Blushing Bride cardstock. I used some Gold Shimmer Ribbon behind my sentiment for some peppermint shine!

This card is the same as the first one, but I swapped the Polished Pink pieces and ink for Real Red.

This stamp set is part of the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite. This suite didn’t call to me right away, and since I had to make some choices, it wasn’t one that I ordered. I recently had the opportunity to get it, and I must tell you I am in love with it!
The dies cut 4 Christmas shapes with both outline and detail dies. The dies also coordinate with the images on 5 of the pages of the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper. Talk about versatility. The Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories and More Card Pack gives you lots of cute images and sentiments that you can use for memory keeping or card making. There are even some super cute cooling racks for your gingerbread cookie cards.

If you haven’t checked out this cute suite you need to take a look. It is super cute and will be great for making lots of yummy cards!
Which card do you prefer, the Polished Pink one or the Real Red one? Leave a comment and let me know.
