No Heavy Lifting Here

I’m back using my Painted Poppies stamp set again, I just love it!! I wanted to use this set, but I wasn’t really in a colouring mood, so I let some Designer Series Paper do the heavy lifting for me this time.

I used some of the beautiful Perennial Essence DSP, and stamped my poppy with VersaMark ink, then embossed with white embossing powder. I used the Painted Labels Dies to cut out each poppy. I love the varied colours and shading in the paper, and it is perfect for my flowers.
I used Silver Foil paper and another die to cut out the background for my sentiment. My sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set that coordinates with the Painted Poppies stamp set. I masked off part of the sentiment so it only said Thinking of you.
The backdrop is Blueberry Bushel, framed in Whisper White, and mounted on a Balmy Blue card base.
This card is for the Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge. The theme for cards is Flowers and Floral.
