It’s almost Spring, and soon (we hope) the weather will be warm enough for the motorcycles to come out of winter storage. I don’t ride, but MSH (my sweet husband) does, and I know he has a buddy at work that wants the snow to go away and the nice weather to start so they can ride together. It is those thoughts that inspired today’s card.Read More
It is always nice to have some extra birthday cards on hand, because let’s face it, sometimes we forget someone’s birthday until the last minute. It is then that you really appreciate the fact that you made a few extras a while ago, and have a beautiful handmade card ready to send!Read More
I love when I find the perfect sentiment already in a stamp. It makes card making simple, and helps create a card that is just right for the person I want to send it to. This masculine card has just the right amount of teasing fun!Read More
I used to own a 1966 Mustang coupe. It was Tahoe Turquoise, and I loved it. When spring arrives and all the old classic cars hit the road again I really miss having it. Since I was playing with the Classic Garage Suite, I decided to make one with my car on itRead More
I have spent some time playing with the Classic Garage Suite. I got this a few months ago, and used it for our Girls Get Away Weekend in January, (see the card we made here), but I haven’t used it much since and it was calling to me.
Today’s card could be used for Father’s Day (if you are really organized and want to make one now!), or for Dad’s birthday, or any time you want to let your Father know you think he is great.
The Stampin’ Up! challenge this month for #simplestamping is a birthday card. We can use stamps, ink, paper, and DSP.Read More

Have you noticed how so many hand made cards have a ‘feel’ to them? Some feel homey, some feel cozy, some feel fancy and others are bright and sun shiny. To me, today’s card feels like winter freshness.Read More
I love to make and share Welcome Packages. I use these to introduce my stamping business to new people. In the package I include a note about upcoming classes, my business card, a little treat, and a card they can send to someone special. I needed more cards for these packages, so I stamped a bunch of birthday cards.Read More
Yesterday was my sister Patrice’s birthday, and her son’s decided to surprise her with a dinner of 35-40 of her closest friends and family! It wasn’t a milestone birthday, because they figured that would never surprise her, but it is always fun to celebrate your special day, no matter what the age. Here is the birthday card I made for her.Read More
Twice a year Stampin’ Up! has a conference, and this year they are also celebrating their 30th Anniversary. Although there are lots of local events around the world, the main live event was hosted in Orlando, Florida, and I HAD to go!!Read More

It is a fantastic set with some great stamps that have a real down home country feel.Read More
